Recognition

In recognition of the essential nature of the maintenance services being provided, Zetro has been appointed as the Designated Authorized Contractor (DAC) by the Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) and the Malaysian Department of Civil Aviation (DCA).

Considering the critical and security aspects of the said services, the RMAF has incorporated about 200 Zetro personnel into the RMAF Volunteer Reserve, so as to ensure the continued provision of maintenance services both during peace and war-time.   In following up with this requirement, as an initial step, the RMAF awarded the rank of Honorary Colonel to Dato' Hj. Mohd Zamri bin Hj. Muda, the Managing Director of Zetro Aerospace Corporation, on 9th June 2000.

Zetro adopts the ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Management System Requirement as the principle for designing Quality System.  The extent of this Quality Management System established is based on the nature of our organization, complexity and interaction of the processes and competence of our personnel. On 19th September 2003, Zetro obtained its MS ISO 9001:2000 certificate (Registration Number : AR2982). This is a worldwide accreditation bestowed upon Zetro and this is just the beginning as there are many years ahead for Zetro to maintain this valuable award.
